Inductive proximity sensors IMX
Significantly greater distances: IMX offers four times the sensing range of conventional sensors, setting a new standard for inductive proximity sensors. Sensing ranges of up to 50 mm ensure a higher process performance – making IMX ideal for applications that were previously inconceivable with inductive sensors. In space-critical applications, IMX sensors save installation space by using smaller designs. At the same time, the greater distance reduces mechanical damage. A rugged ceramic measuring cell delivers precise data that can be used flexibly for switching operations and system control via two separately configurable signal outputs. The touchscreen allows quick and easy configuration on the sensor. Critical statuses can be easily identified by an optionally adjustable green-red color change on the display, which considerably simplifies on-site monitoring.
